She began her professional journey as a Sales and Reservation Officer at GMG Airlines Ltd. She developed her expertise in customer service, sales support, and reservations management. During this time, Hasina gained valuable skills in managing customer inquiries, optimising booking processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

In 2001, Hasina transitioned to Grameen Phone Ltd., where she worked for nearly a decade as a Specialist in Business Sales. In this role, she played a critical part in driving business growth, managing key corporate accounts, and providing customised telecommunications solutions for large clients. Her ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, combined with her understanding of market trends, contributed to the company’s success in a competitive industry.
